Arduino Design
We use arduino extensively in our designs and prototyping. This allows a short Proof of Concept (POC) time frame. If there is a need for integration of the board into a bigger design we can do that on manufacturing.
Electronic Design
Prototype Etching
We use the latest in design and simulation software to first prove the concept and then we can do a prototype of the design to prove it in hardware. Our design software will allow the design phase, simulation as well as the board layout. Our layout process is customer inclusive to ensure that the shape of the board is catered for.
We do full prototyping of all designs to ensure it is fully functional before we will allow any manufacturing. We can do up to 10 prototypes for testing in any environment. The prototypes are tested for heat, humidity and running time. We can also do environmental testing should it be required.
